Registered Education Provider (R.E.P) of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®

People should know the principles and methods for managing projects in order to make their work more efficient for the entire organization and to enhance their contribution to the success of the project!

Project management is becoming ever more necessary as the means to meet the challenges of  contemporary market conditions which are forcing organizations in all sectors to implement major changes - in planning, manufacturing technology, information systems, marketing methods, staff development, etc.

Nowadays project management involves the use of a structured approach and a documented methodology. This by itself is a major change for any organization and leads to the emerging of a new special organizational culture which is an organizational innovation. The realization of the benefits of up-to-date methods and approaches to project management depends to a large extent on the merits and abilities of the project team leaders and members. The requirements they have to meet make it necessary for them to receive special training in project management.

We provide project management training courses for managers and project team members, as well as for consultants and other professionals in line with the latest approaches and software tools established in the global practice:


Project Management Fundamentals - Principles, Processes, Methods and Documents

Presents a detailed overview of the methodology of the Project Management Institute (PMI) adopted and implemented worldwide as
a standard for the best practice in project management in different
areas.

The scope and content of this five days course are in line with the
latest edition of A Guide to the Project Management Body of
Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) - Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2013
. Participants will receive a valid certificate that accounts for 35 Contact Hours required for applying to PMP® certification. As a R.E.P., TechnoLogica has been approved by PMI to issue professional development units (PDUs) for its training courses, 35 PDUs for this course that can be used for maintenance of acquired professional credentials. Course lecturers are PMP® credential holders.

Various forms of training are used such as lectures, interactive group sessions and role play, case studies and demonstrations.

Project Management Fundamentals – intensive
course, 3 days

As a substitute for the basic 5-days Project Management Fundamentals course, TechnoLogica offers a new intensive course which teaches in three days the complete knowledge covered in the basic course. The course has been contracted at the expense of some active sessions (practical exercises) and is aimed at project management professionals who want to learn the principles and processes of the Project Management methodology but cannot spare 5 working days for the purpose.

The scope and content of this three days course are in line with the latest edition of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) - Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2013. Participants will receive a valid certificate that accounts for 23 Contact Hours required for applying to CAPM® certification. As a R.E.P., TechnoLogica has been approved by PMI to issue professional development units (PDUs) for its training courses, 23 PDUs for this course that can be used for maintenance of acquired professional credentials. Course lecturers are PMP® credential holders.


Extension to the Project Management Fundamentals course, 2 days

The purpose of this course is to expand on the project management knowledge and skills gained with the basic Project Management Methodology course. Emphasis is put on the management of scope, time, cost and risk. The course discusses the various tools and methods applied in these fields of knowledge. The course offers practical and interactive forms of learning such as developing a business case study, simulations, demonstrations, working on a variety of test problems, etc. Course lecturers are PMP® credential holders.

The participants who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate attesting to 14 Contact Hours/PDUs, issued by the TechnoLogica Education Center as an approved R.E.P. of PMI.

Project Risk Management Training Course

This 2-day training course provides a comprehensive overview of the project risk management processes in accordance with A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) - Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2013, and Practice Standard for Project Risk Management – Second Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2009. The course intends to increase the participants’ knowledge of the methods and tools which are most popular in the best international project management practices. The forms of training used throughout the course include active group sessions, games and case studies by means of which the trainees will acquire skills for applying the different methods and processes in their professional practice of project management. The trainees will learn how to apply some of the most powerful methods for quantitative risk analysis such as Monte Carlo simulations, sensitivity analysis, etc. by using the specialized project risk management software product Primavera Risk Analysis.
Upon successful completion of the course the participants are granted a certificate of course attendance issued by the Training Center of TechnoLogica, as an approved Registered Education Provider (R.E.P.) of PMI, providing 14 Contact Hours/Professional Development Units (PDUs).

Project Management with the Primavera and Microsoft Project Software Applications

Provides the participants with knowledge and skills for the use of contemporary software applications for project planning, optimization of resources and effective coordination of the simultaneous work of people on many projects in the organization. The forms of training include lectures, demonstrations, computer exercises and individual development of a project.
