| | TechnoLogica is a technological company. This is the essence of its name, mission, organization and behavior. Technological are the companies whose existence and prosperity depend on the development of one or several technologies (in this case of the information technologies) and whose products and services require significant technological innovations. For those companies the innovations are not only an element of business but their business itself.
The main business of TechnoLogica is to be a technological partner of prestigious Bulgarian organizations (i.e. BNB, BTC, Bulbank, Allianz Bulgaria, etc.) by helping them use and take advantage of new information technologies in their developments and projects. In order to be preferred and to fulfill that transfer the company should develop purposeful innovative activity – i.e. use, adapt, develop new information technologies, generate technological tools and eventually license them to its partners.
The innovations are at the heart of the objective, mission and business of TechnoLogica. The strategic goals of the company are directed towards strengthening its position of a technological leader with European appearance.

| | Some of the most experienced employees came from scientific institutes. We are among the first who developed and worked with RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems), CAD systems and Business Management Systems among the Central and East European countries. Our IT staff includes qualified Engineers and Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Mathematics. There are also specialists in the area of Economics, Finance, Production Management and Marketing, six of us have acquired Ph. D. and seven of us with diplomas, issued by Western institutes. We have also Certified Professionals in Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, Certified IS auditors.
